Privileged residents of The Estates Samui will have the option of putting their villas into the rental program which is tailored to guarantee the ultimate flexibility and convenience. Owners have the choice of putting their entire villa, or just a locked-off unit, into the rental program. A yearly contract allows owners to reside in the villas for as long as they like, and only 90 days notice is required to opt out of the agreement.
